动静结合，张弛有度
自线上教学开始，遇到的最大挑战就是如何实现教学的互动。济南市友谊小学英语教研团队老师们更是展开了一系列的教研和尝试，最终确定了一个可以实时与孩子互动的方式——即钉钉的视频会议。
课前教研组团队积极云上教研，研发更符合当下学情的线上学习模式，让学生们的网上英语自主学习更畅通也更积极主动。线上教学时间短、教学节奏紧凑，课始，出示本节课的要求，让孩子们对这仅有的20分钟有计划、有目的地学习，出示学习任务单，让线上学习更高效，同时设计节奏感强、画面感强的动画适时加入，再加上老师精炼的语言使得整节课张弛有度，学生注意力在紧凑的时间内被紧紧吸引，提高了学生们的学习兴趣。从初次尝试直播资源，到每一节课的动静结合、思考操练、教学节奏张弛有度，英语团队老师已经能非常熟练地操作每一个环节。

花式课堂，全员参与
钉钉课堂的好处在于可以照顾到不同的学生，有的学生内向，有的学生乐于展现自己，有的学生可以开麦回答，有的则因设备问题无法开麦。英语课堂上，老师采用不同形式的花式提问调动学生积极回答问题，如在互动区打字说出答案，老师自己设置答题卡供学生选择，或让学生自己在线举手线上举手“比比谁的反应快”，因为教学平台还有显示举手顺序的功能，我们的课堂还能以举手快慢的规则来选择同学回答问题，学生们都很喜欢参与该小游戏。
三种不同的方式，照顾到了不同的学生，使得学生都能够全员并积极参与到课堂当中，不会觉得乏味，课堂气氛也很愉快，时常充满了欢声笑语。

多元活动，激发兴趣
不能面对面交流，对于以学习交流为目的的英语课来说是非常大的挑战，学生注意力难以集中，毫无参与感，然而合理设计不同的教学活动，可以让线上的英语课不再单调。
在线课堂上，老师通过让学生随时听、说、读、写、练的方式，调动学生兴趣，让学生乐于参与其中。同时合理使用钉钉的各类小技巧，如“倒计时”功能，在学生进行课后练习时，充分使用此功能，使得学生有线下课堂的紧张感和体验感。

课后巩固，作业巧批
针对线上每节课的不同内容，分层布置作业，如基础类、巩固类、拓展类等，学生可根据实际情况完成作业。同时，本着“把每一个孩子放在心上”的教育信条，孩子们提交的每一份作业，老师都会进行批改并给予相应的“温馨提示”。
