在每年中考前的一段时间里,初三的同学们都投入到最后的紧张复习中。纵观近几年中考试题,我们不难发现英语试卷的基本思想大致是:能力立意,难易适中,重视听力,加强主观题,减少客观题,弱化语法题。从而着重强调培养学生的创新与实践能力。面对这一变化,部分同学感到有些不适应。在此,我想对如何搞好英语复习这一问题,谈谈自己的几点看法。
一、听力部分——精听与泛听的有机结合
听,是学习语言最基本的能力。这几年的中考试题,越来越注重英语的听的能力。而我们在提高自己听力的时候,不应该把全部精力都用在辨音和辨句上,而应该加强在语境中运用语言能力的培养,注重精听与泛听的有机结合。精听(Micro-listening)就是对于难易适中、有代表性的精选材料,要求听懂每个句子。对于没有完全听懂句子要反复听,直至听懂为止。如果实在听不懂,可参照听力原文,边看边听,找出困难所在,而后对症练习,就能达到提高的目的。泛听(Macro-listening)不要求听懂每一个单词,只需明白其大意即可。但它的正常的语速,优美的语音语调都能给我们以潜移默化的影响。因此,我们大可以在运动、吃饭,甚至休息时打开收音机,每天坚持听20-30分钟,为自己创造一个英语世界,从而不断训练和提高听觉反应能力。在平时一定要加强听、说能力的培养,多接触听力材料,保证泛听的数量。
二、基础知识——认真总结归纳,激发发散思维
在英语复习中,基础知识是最重要的一环,是听、说、读、写的前提条件。在中考前最后的时间里,更应该认真总结归纳,激发发散思维,使知识由点到线,由线到面,做到“把握整体,循序渐进”。所谓把握整体,就是在复习时要整体把握各册教材中相关的词汇内容。例如:看到cost(花费)这个词时,我们要想到:(1)其过去式、过去分词与原形一样,均为cost;(2)过去式、过去分词与原形一样的还有hit、cut、let等;(3)cost的主语必须是物;(4)同义词及结构:①It takes sb. some time to do sth. ②spend…in/on ….③pay…for等。这样做,就可以使知识条理化、系统化。所谓循序渐进,就是在复习时合理安排复习时间、方法,制定详细的复习计划,按照由易到难、由浅入深的原则有序地安排基础知识内容,保证复习的系统化。同学们要打好坚实的基本功,才能以不变应万变。
三、阅读理解——大量阅读,掌握方法,提高理解水平
阅读理解能力是衡量学生英语水平的重要标志之一。对即将参加中考的广大中学生来说,阅读理解能力的高低直接影响英语学科的成绩。
