附： “豪华包装”不仅增加了家庭经济负担，造成了学生的攀比心理，同时在面试的时候，还会适得其反，得不偿失。

笔者认为，除了这种面试“豪华包装”不可取之外，还有另外一种“豪华包装”更值得关注，即简历的“豪华包装”。

对自己的简历进行简单的包装是非常必要的。因为个人简历是求职的第一道门槛儿，但是有些学生却走向了另一个极端：通过“豪华包装”，使自己瞬间从“丑小鸭”变成“白天鹅”。经笔者观察，这种“豪华包装”的表现方式多种多样：本来没有实习经历，非要编写几个可圈可点的故事不可;曾经担任的职务写成了副部长、部长，原本担任的是“副职”变成了“正职”，等等。造成这种“注水”现象或许出于这样一种心理：简历写差了比不过人家，就得不到面试机会;反正面试官没法一一核对，不妨抬高一下自己。

尽管这些包装的样式不一而足，却都反映了一个深刻的问题：大学生的诚信和求职诚信。人无诚信，则无以立身。今天的大学生，是未来不同岗位上的各级各类人才，是否诚实守信，不仅反映了一个人的思想品质和道德觉悟，更重要的是它影响到一个人的前途和发展，同时也将直接影响到社会的整体诚信水平。因此，大学生求职绝不能为了增加所谓的“砝码”，而丢掉做人之本。

有些同学可能会有这样一种心理，在求职的时候虽然我“诚信”了，但与我竞争的人都在简历中“注水”，我岂不是吃亏了吗?其实，这大可不必担心。因为专业面试人员会有意识地设置情境，考察求职者是否真正具备了简历上所写的经历，是不是真正具有简历上的相关经验。如果让面试考官发现你的简历不真实，那么面试成功的可能性也就彻底没有了。因为一个人如果没有诚信，在社会上是很难立足的，而对于一个没有诚信的求职者，相信没有哪一位面试考官会感兴趣。

目前大学生求职“扎堆”的现象比较明显。曾经有这样一个笑话：一个学校的面试者中有3个自称是研究生会主席，同一个班级有4个是班长。这不仅折射了某些大学生求职诚信的欠缺，同时也为求职大军中的每一位大学生提了个醒：诚信求职，从制作真实的个人简历开始。

求职简历可以“包装”，但切忌“豪华”。
