每位评委每天要和几百名考生见面，还要在一共4分钟的时间里对每一位的表现打出尽可能准确的分数，工作量很大。在一分钟的自我介绍环节，前30秒相当重要。如果前30秒没有抓住评委的心，后面的内容评委很可能就不去注意听了，一是因为你的介绍对评委来说已经流于平庸了，二是因为评委要开始权衡给你的分数了。所以自我介绍中最精彩的内容要放到最前面。记得在20xx年，我参加某校播音主持艺术专业的面试，有一位男生的自我介绍给我留下了深刻的印象。他又高又胖，长得很结实，第一句话是：“我是一个外表粗犷但内心温柔的人。”一句话把在场的老师们都逗笑了，一下子引起老师们的好奇。接着，这位男生讲了自己如何细心体贴、宽厚待人，同学们都喜欢和他交朋友，还说出爸爸教他的座右铭：“吃亏就是幸福”。还有一位女生，她的自我介绍如散文诗一般优美流畅，第一句话是：“我出生在九月，妈妈说我是那个秋天里最甜美的一颗果实”，形容贴切，清新自然。不知道同学们有没有看过20xx年“新苗”杯全国中学生电视节目主持大赛总决赛上一位叫杨铱的选手的自我介绍，她一上台来就用寥寥几笔在纸板上画了一个大眼睛的女孩子，然后介绍她的名字“铱”是爸爸从元素周期表里找出来的，小时候的她学英语把“egg”、“apple”说成了“阿公”、“阿婆”，最后点出这个大眼睛的女孩子就是她自己，语言形象，生动有趣，形式新颖独特，怎么不令人耳目一新呢?
③即兴评述的高分技巧
即兴评述就是考生根据事先抽到的材料在现场进行的口头叙述和评论。叙述是指阐明自己对材料涉及内容的理解，评论是指就材料发表自己的观点和看法。可以评论多一点，也可以叙述多一点，甚至只评论不叙述，但不能只叙述误评论。弄清这一点，就不会出现前面有述无评的问题了 即兴评述主要考查考生两方面的能力：一是理解、分析、解决问题的能力，二是逻辑思维的能力。评委老师对考生即兴评述成绩的评估大致是从以下几个方面考虑的：立意、结构、表达、交流。因此，要想在即兴评述部分得高分，不妨从以下几方面入手：
首先，观点正确，分析到位。拿到材料后，不要企图找出几个关键词就急于得出结论，要从头到尾通读一遍，读懂材料讲的是什么意思，找到材料的侧重点和考察点，究竟是要你讨论什么事情的，从哪些角度谈的。
其次，新颖独特，有自己的看法 这并不是说要每位考生都反弹琵琶，挖空心思求奇求异，而是看问题的角度独具特色。比如有一篇材料的标题是“今天你被监控了么?”讲的是在一个学校教室里安装了监控器，校方和学生反映不一。有位考生评述开始就自拟了一个题目“监控与监督”，然后围绕什么才是真正有效的监督展开论述，紧扣材料，有理有据，独具匠心，得到了很高的分数。
最后，思路清晰，逻辑清楚。

评委老师好，我叫李凌鹏，来自郴州市一中，到这里来参加专业老试不仅是缘于我对主持这门艺术的热爱，而且也是受到了我母亲的影响，她是一位从事播音与主持工作xx多年的老播音员了。
平常在学校里，同学们常常说我从正面看像韩剧里的影星，从背面看像学校食堂里的大师博，其实呀我觉得一个人的容貌有点重要，但并不是最重要的。我觉得，若要一天开心，就打球，若要一年开心，就学习，若要一辈子开心，就要有好朋友，所以我喜欢打球，喜欢看书，喜欢交朋友，请评委老师给予我指点。
