二、可以组织举行一些风俗节或活动比赛。每一样美食之所以能流传下来，肯定有其一定的原因，也有其发展的过程。而这些内涵只有经过一些活动，才能让大家了解。比如我们结合一些农村的风俗节，让大家了解油面筋的由来，它的寓意。并让广大市民参与油面筋的制作、品尝过程；也可组织油面筋制作比赛，比制作速度、比色泽、比味美。使油面筋在制作和工艺上越来越好。

Coal underwent (经受) many changes before it became the bright， brittle (脆的)， black substance which we now use.
