大家好!
站在神圣的讲台工作了6年，今天却第一次在讲台上进行竞聘上岗演说，这不仅是一次展示自我、认识自己的机遇，更是一次相互学习交流、接受选择的机会。
我竞聘的岗位是数学教师。我清楚地认识到，要成为一名合格的数学教师不容易，教给学生一种思维方式，一种数学概念，”人人学有价值的数学，人人都能获得必要的数学，不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”这是新世纪数学课程的基本理念，这要求数学教师自身应具备宽厚的基础知识和现代信息素质，形成多层次、多元化的知识结构;有开阔的视野，善于分析和处理信息，有创新的数学模式，创新的教学方法，灵活的教学内容选择，以创新思维培养为核心的评价标准等。
回顾过去6年，我一直热爱教育事业，拥护党的领导，认真贯彻党的教育方针、政策，积极参加政治学习，严格遵守教师职业道德法，热爱本职工作，不迟到，不早退，团结同志，热爱学生，工作认真勤恳，积极上进，虚心好学，树立服务意识。积极参加业务进修和教研活动，不断提高教育教学水平。

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the “unalienable rights” of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.”
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, “when will you be satisfied?” we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until “justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

1、重视孩子学习数学习惯的培养
有些孩子学习行为习惯还不是很好，我经常发现有的孩子总是丢三落四，今天数学书忘带了，隔天家庭作业忘记写了，要么数学学具忘记带了，这就要求我们家长提醒孩子睡前整理好学习用品，时间一长，他也养成自己整理的习惯了。
作业书写要求和格式训练也是学习习惯培养的一方面。比如：字迹清楚，做题按照题目要求,格式完整,笔算时要数位对齐。解决问题时，要读题、审题、写算式，写单位名称和答.。学习习惯的另一方面就是作业的按时完成，我们大多时候是书面作业，要注意提醒孩子认真完成好，并在能力范围内给他们检查。尤其要强调一点的是我们班还有些同学的作业比较马虎，字迹邋遢,在作业本乱画，做错了不擦就直接改的现象还有，家庭作业还要请我们家长严格要求。在此我想对孩子的回家作业如何完成提几点小建议：1、回到家时要给孩子创造一个适合孩子学习的习惯，让孩子养成放学及时做作业，按规定时间完成作业之后再做其他事情的习惯。一般数学作业30分钟内可以完成，如果您觉得孩子速度慢，错误率高，可以帮孩子分析情况.2、独立思考。父母对孩子不能解决的问题要采取诱导的方式引导孩子思考问题，重要的不是教会孩子一道题怎样解决，而是要告诉他们解决问题的方法，培养孩子独立思考的能力。3、培养孩子活跃的思维。不要以大人的眼光来看待孩子，不要把自己看来很简单的题目，认定孩子一定会做，他会出错有多方面的因素，这就需要家长的换位思考。善于发现孩子勤思的优点，对他们的提问进行恰当的鼓励与表扬，并能及时更正孩子的错误想法。签字、请家长签上你的名字，别看一个签名，对孩子来说很重要，这是爸爸妈妈对他在家学习的肯定，孩子对此非常在意，所以希望我们的家长再忙，也要挤出一点时间签上这个名，你签了，我们就知道你的孩子这个作业完成了，对于书面作业，有时我们还要求家长督促孩子加快速度，逐步养成良好的作业习惯。
2、重视孩子思维能力和计算能力的培养
小学数学重点是计算能力的培养，由于孩子的基础不同，不同孩子的计算熟练程度和速度以及计算质量也就存在一定差异，要缩小这一差异，仅靠每天的数学课练习是不客观的，因此还需要各位家长做有心之人，多进行这方面的练习。计算的练习方式多样，，可以利用口算本，可以制作卡片，供孩子独立练习，也可在做家务、和孩子上街等时间来个听算练习。同时要留心孩子计算错误的原因，是粗心还是计算方法存在问题。每天练习5分钟左右，防止枯燥的题海练习，每天几十道，错了还要罚的做法会扼杀了孩子学数学的兴趣的。

前几天，代老师让全班同学讨论我们班级文化建设的设想和建议，对此，同学们反响十分强烈。大家纷纷找措施，想办法，提出了各种各样的建议。我认为，我们班缺乏一种读书氛围。我们应该首先从培养书香气入手，营造一种“爱读书，读好书”的良好习惯。古人云：开卷有益。读书，可以使你插上飞翔的翅膀，在知识的天空中翱翔。
我们的班风应该是：“以书为友，书香满园，共同学习，茁壮成长。” 莎士比亚曾经说过：“书籍是全世界的营养品。生活里没有书籍，就好像没有阳光;智慧里没有书籍，就好象鸟儿没有翅膀。”读书，好比一次灵魂的洗礼，读书，就是与一位高尚的人士谈话，也是一次秘密的旅行。在读书中，我明白了生活中的真、善、美，也清楚了所谓的丑与恶。知到诚实、谦逊、自尊等品质，也知道不是自尊、健康的坏习惯。书就像一个巨大的知识宝库，我在宝库中寻求着总也学不完的新知识，吸收着总也吸收不完的营养。书籍，是人类进步的阶梯。
当然，读书也要有选择性针对性地读，不能读非健康的书籍。这样，不仅使你迷 上他，还会使你误入歧途，走上犯罪的道路。
对于我们而言，应该读一些文学方面的知识类书籍，而一些益智类的，如童话，卡通等相对肤浅、单调的书，就要少读一些。
在读书中，我一次次地接受灵魂的洗礼和升华，一次次的被书中的主人公的悲惨生活而难过。他么的生活好像就是我在体验，体验他们的生活的忧伤和快乐，体验他们生活的艰辛与奢侈……
