true love doesn't need a long time to grow up, to make clear the family tree of the other, neither does it needs the time to look ahead and behind again and again. love is not marriage, which usually starts from love, but doesn't always depend on love to maintain. long-lasting marriage can eventually turn into a kind of family love, a kind of companionship which preserves the companion but loses the passion. love is often an wink of the eye, or a smile that hints mutual understanding. in spite of the great distance between them, people may fall in love incidentally. hence the saying “a distant marriage is tied up with a mysterious thread”. love needs passion, and it can stand bumps and stumbles, ups and downs, complaints and blames. when it turns into a pool of water, especially dead water, without any billows or waves, it's time for it to die.

大家早上好!今天是3月份的第一次升旗仪式。我讲话的主题是“寻找身边的榜样，让爱与我们同行”。
3月是一个不平常的月份，它是学雷锋活动月：3月5日是毛泽东“向雷锋同志学习”题词纪念日，是中国青年志愿者服务日;3月也是环境保护的重要月份：3月9日是中国保护母亲河日、3月12日是中国植树节、3月21日是世界森林日、3月22日是世界水日、3月23日是世界气象日。
随着熟悉的“学习雷锋好榜样”的旋律在校园里响起，我校各团支部的学雷锋活动将实实在在的开展起来。可能同学会有疑问，雷锋精神怎么跟环境保护会联系起来呢?其实就是一个字：爱。
同学们：对大自然的爱并不只是停留在口头上，更重要的是行动，而爱的行动必须以爱心为基础。爱心，是在日常生活一点一滴中积累培植起来的美丽花朵，它的盛开需要源源不断的滋养和浇灌，滋养的过程就是让爱与我们同行。
请爱我们的同学吧，学会互相关心、互相帮助、为同学分忧、待人有礼、不破坏学习生活的秩序，这是学雷锋，这是环境保护。

滋养爱心的养分无处不在，让爱与我们同行，让雷锋这个名字的后面行进着的是我们所有宁中人整齐的步伐。
提到“雷锋”，我们又会自然而然地想起另外一个名词——榜样。榜样的力量是无穷的。散播一种榜样，我们将能够时时看到奋斗的目标和参照物。榜样是一种向上的力量，是一面镜子，是一面旗帜。
也许有人认为，雷锋想象太高大了，高大到高不可攀的程度，这样的榜样难以企及，不得不敬而远之。但前两年出版的雷锋传记告诉我们：雷锋也是一位时尚潮流的追求者：穿皮夹克戴手表，骑着借来的摩托车照相;他也喜欢表现自己，喜爱拍照片、写诗歌……这就让我们明白，雷锋也是一位普通人，他有喜怒哀乐。只不过，他不是一个自私自利的人，而是一位有责任感、有爱心、有追求的人。他做的事情并非惊天动地，却完全对得起一个大写的“人”字。
当我们漫步校园时，不知你发现了吗?值日的同学正在紧张而有序的清扫;休息时间，我们的老师耐心地辅导学生;放学了，运动队还在训练;假期里，社区、敬老院、孤儿院都有我们宁中学生助人为乐的身影。这不正是对待工作象夏天一样火热的雷锋精神吗?我们当中的一部分同学，在激烈的竞争中，凭借自己的刻苦钻研和永不言敗的信心，学习成绩始终名列前矛。这不正是雷锋身上学无止境，锲而不舍的钉子精神吗?我们学校有一支综合素质高的学生干部队伍，他们除了要努力学好功课的同时，还在为同学服务，为班级，为学校发展做奉献。如果没有象雷锋那样强烈的集体主义精神，他们能做的那样出色吗?原来，榜样，就在我们身边。只要本着一颗明亮的心，我们将会发现更多身边的榜样……大家一定还记得在以往几届的“最佳宁中人”，也一定记得前两届“身边的榜样”的各类之星，今天，他们还是宁中校园里最普通的一员，然而，他们却在自己的学生时代书写着不平凡的故事;无意中他们成了今天故事的主角，然而，他们丝毫没有骄傲，而是用自己最踏实的脚印、最朴实的言语继续过着精彩每一天。

3月14日中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会选举习近平为中华人民共和国主席，至今仅四年多的时间，可是他已经出访了近70个国家，行程可绕地球十多圈，故而被人们亲切的称为“中国首席外交官”，从这个称谓中我分明感受到了人民对于他的敬仰与喜爱。
四年多的时间他的足迹几乎踏遍了祖国的大地，在热带岛屿上与渔民畅聊，在林海雪原中与护林员对饮，在农家小院里与乡民们共餐，在大漠孤烟处与戌边卫士深情凝望。从这紧握的双手中，从这离别时的泪眼中，我同样感受到了人民对他的真情和依靠。
什么是榜样?真心为民是榜样;什么是榜样?身先士卒是榜样;什么是榜样?心中有党对党忠诚是榜样，什么是榜样?在我的心中，_就是我学习的榜样。

尊敬的各位领导、各位评委：
大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《榜样就在你我身边》。
这个时代不缺少榜样，不同的时代造就了无数的榜样。我们以雷锋为榜样，榜样是高大的形象，给予我们力量。如今，只要细心体会，榜样更容易被发现，榜样已不再单一。可以是书中的伟人，也可以是平凡的常人。只要他能洗涤心灵，给人以正能量，就会象一座标杆、一盏明灯，指示照亮前进的方向。
我从小跟爷爷奶奶生活生长在石拐，那里有逶迤的古长城，有神秘的五当召，大青山下孕育的煤田为百姓点燃生活的希望，也为支援包钢建设草原钢城贡献了几代人的时光。五十年前的石拐，是一个连楼房都少有的小地方。我的爷爷奶奶放弃了市区，毅然选择了这个偏远落后的城区。同时期的很多人匆匆地又调走了，年轻的爷爷奶奶也曾茫然过，也曾失落过，也曾有过动摇。可是，成人的我如今无比敬佩自豪的是，那个年代的爷爷奶奶，完全没有我们身上的矫揉造作、不堪一击。地方小不要紧，工作环境差不要紧，离市区远不要紧，满腔热血的他们，一心的扑在了工作、扑在了治病救人这条神圣的道路上，扎根石拐，这条路一走就是五十多年。五十年来，有数不清的患者因为爷爷奶奶重获了健康。改善了生活质量。
记得小的时候，最爱趴在奶奶的身边听她讲那过去的故事。文化的大革命时期。开会是家常便饭。孩子们小怎么办？那个时候没有保姆、月嫂一说，只要单位一声令下，爷爷奶奶就毫不犹豫的赶往医院。孩子们就锁在家里……身为医务工奶奶是石拐有名的儿科大夫。看大了一批又一批的孩子。记得有一次，已经是深夜了，突然听到外面有一阵急促的敲门声。奶奶起身开门，看到的是一个中年男子焦急的脸庞。原来他未满周岁的儿子不知道什么原因高烧持续不退。奶奶二话没说，穿起衣服就走了。第二天早上问起奶奶昨天的事情，奶奶只是很平淡的说：哦，一个孩子病了，我去瞧了瞧，好在烧已经退了。这样的出诊很多，在外人看来，这是身为医生应尽的责任，在奶奶自己看来，这也是自己力所能及的奉献。可是，在我的心里，奶奶的仁爱之心，她的亲切、她的尽职尽责就成了我成长中重要的支撑，时常会激励着我。
五十多年来，在奶奶的从业生涯中，没有发生过一次孩子危难的事件，没有一个孩子耽搁诊治。
在家里奶奶还是很好的“垃圾桶”，家里人得思想垃圾经常会装进奶奶这个“垃圾桶”，经过奶奶的垃圾分选分类，奶奶又制造出了良性的.思想资源，教育鼓舞着家人们健康成长。
爷爷还是有名的园艺师、摄影师，年年夏天，幸福的小院都会有近五十种花朵绽放异彩，路人们经过时都会放慢脚步感受这个充满温馨小院的气息。这种温馨陪伴着爷爷奶奶退休，陪伴着退休后创立的小门诊，继续坚守在已经成为资源枯竭型的石拐沟。
爷爷奶奶现在已经旅游了国内外数十座城市，积累的摄影资料，已是整个家族聚会时观赏的重要节目，爷爷奶奶亲自录制、配音、剪辑、刻录，近四十级的纪录片，加上浓重的山东配音，情趣别然。
爷爷奶奶并不是什么名医，也没有做过什么惊天动地的大事儿。可在现实中演绎着人与自然、人与社会、人与世界最和谐的人生。人们总会设想生活的本质是什么？生活的追求是什么？人生的归宿是什么？
现在找到了一面镜子，找到了自己的行为准则，找到了实现自我的价值的道路。
榜样的力量是无穷的。有人曾说：“播撒一种思想，收获一种行为；播撒一种习惯，收获一种性格；播撒一种性格，收获一种命运。”我们播撒了神奇的种子，便能够时时看到人生的目标。
三百六十行，行行有榜样；三百六十天，天天有榜样。榜样是你，榜样是我，榜样是他，榜样是我们大家！榜样，就在你我身边。
