一、学校公共关系管理

学校公共关系管理就是对学校内部公众关系、外部公众关系及其相关传播沟通事物的管理。

(一)对象分层学校公共关系的对象分层比较复杂,按照不同的公共关系类型,可以将学校的公共关系分为不同的类型。学校的公共关系可以体现在学校日常业务工作和一些酒宴当中,也可以表现在为了实现某一个目标而做出的相关活动,当然还反应学校长期的发展战略和愿景。

二、学校公共关系管理模式

学校的公共关系管理水平一直在不断地提升当中,在以前的公共关系管理过程中,存在着无意识和局部阶段管理的状态,现在已经迈向了意识管理和整合管理阶段。按照学校公共关系管理模式的不同,可以将它分为三种模式。

(一)技巧型公共关系管理模式顾名思义,在技巧型公共关系是一种单向型的沟通模式,在公共关系的开展中,注重技巧的运用,所以在开展公共关系的过程中,为了得到对方的信任、支持,会采用一些相关的技巧和方法。

(二)技术型公共关系管理模式在技术型公共关系的管理模式中,学校管理者作为公共关系的出发者,认为在公共关系的开展过程中,要注重技术的运用,特别是传播沟通技术,比如运用地比较多的技术型公共关系有调查技术、信息宣传和发布技术等。

(三)管理型公共关系管理模式除了上述两种公共关系管理模式外,还存在着一种管理型的公共关系管理模式。管理型公共关系强调在公共关系发挥作用的同时,还要求它参与冲突管理、战略关系协同等其他职能,在管理型公共关系中,管理与沟通是一个协调统一的整体,双方互有作用,相互影响。在学校公共关系的管理模式中,管理型公共关系模式是运用比较普遍,也是被很多人认可的一种符合时代发展和进步的管理模式。

三、管理型公共关系模式的特征

(一)从业者角色的转变在管理型公共关系模式中,从业者的角色比较丰富,管理职能成为从业者的主要特征。从业者的角色不再单纯是某项技术的`专家,而是整个关系的管理者,这对公共关系的从业者来说,是一项重大的挑战,从业者既需要拥有良好的沟通技术,同时也需要具备一定的组织管理能力,积极参与学校高层领导的决策。

(二)内容的细化和深化在管理型公共关系模式中,其工作内容不断深化和系统化,除了传播管理外,其内容还包含着更深层次的管理内容,如公共关系管理、形象管理等。

(三)以双赢为主要目的在以往的公共关系模式中,学校作为公共关系的组织者,过分强调自身利益,造成公共关系的开展并不顺利。而在管理型公共关系中,学校不再一味强调自身利益,而是将双赢作为开展公共关系的主要目的。

四、学校公共关系的管理策略
