实习尽管辛苦忙碌，但却是对我人生的一大有益的尝试和磨练。最后，我要特别感谢辛勤指导我的武老师，是他让我学到了很多的教学知识，使我从稚嫩的教学走向了成熟的教学。同时，我也要向指导和勉励我的孙老师以及六中的老师们表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意!

经过一个多月的磨合，通过不断的找同学谈心，主动去了解他们的情况，慢慢的我和学生之间开始互相了解了。
我是一名刚踏上工作岗位的青年教师，刚开始我心中有些忐忑不安。非常幸运在学校各位领导和许多老师对我的工作，给予很多的关心和帮助，让我也更加努力，实习期间我的各项工作都有条不紊的开展。就在这样忙忙碌碌的教学生活上，一个学期的实习时间就这样结束，结束之余，心里却有舍不得的感觉。
作为一名新教师的我，踏上工作岗位后的第一个任务就是担任教学工作计划，这对我来说是一个不小的挑战。男生调皮的较多，所以在管理上比较困难.特别是因为我是一名新教师，初来乍到，总会有些同学表现出”不买账” 的态度。经过一个多月的磨合，通过不断的找同学谈心，主动去了解他们的情况，慢慢的我和学生之间开始互相了解了。
教师育人，身正为范。在一学期的实习工作中让我认识自我的角色定位。不但是应该做一个怎样的人，而且是做一个怎样的教师。教师的职责是神圣的，既教书又育人。高尔基说过：“谁不爱孩子，孩子就不爱他，只有爱孩子的人，才能教育孩子”。爱孩子是教师应具备的美德，也是教师的`天职，作为一名小学教师，当然更应该做到这一点.在职业活动中，我把热爱学生放在第一位，有了这种心境，师生之间就能处于一种和-谐的状态，许多事情便迎刃而解，热爱学生包括尊重信任学生、关心爱护学生，只要是我的学生，无论成绩好坏，我都一视同仁。对性格孤僻的学生，更多给以热情帮助。意图使他们恢复自信，走出自我评价的误区。人的感觉是相互的，教师的真诚学生是能感受到的。
我深深地体会到教师必须不断地学习，不断地提高自身的科学文化素养。在平时的工作中，我边教边学，利用学校为我安排的外出听课的机会，向其他学校的老师学习，吸取他人先进的教育教学经验，了解现代教育教学的新理念。学习现代教育教学理论，学习新课程标准，根据学生的实际情况组织教学。尽量做到面向全体学生，因材施教，让每个学生真正成为学习的主人。
一学期的工作，虽然取得了一些收获，但还存在一定问题，对于今后的路，我会谨慎地走好每一步，用自己的努力实践、勇于探索使自己的业务素质和工作能力再上新的台阶!在以后的教学工作中，要不断总结经验，力求提高自己的教学水平，还要多下功夫加强对个别差生的辅导，相信一切问题都会迎刃而解，我也相信有耕耘总会有收获!
