堂馆文化从起，市财政每年投入文化基础设施建设经费5000万元，并逐年递增1000万元，珠海博物馆一期、珠海市妇女儿童活动中心、珠海大会堂改造工程、珠海图书馆、珠海市青少年活动中心、古元美术馆等完工并投入使用。
生态文化珠海高度注重生态保护，形成了独特的生态文化。

首先呢，我先为您们介绍下石博园的大体情况。石博园，世界首屈一指的石文化主题休闲娱乐园，座落在横琴岛蛇仔湾，面积1000余亩，投资1.1亿元人民币，以海岛生态园为背景，以石文化为内涵，充分演绎了石头与音乐、石头与宗教、石头与人类文明、石头与生态、石头与绘画艺术、石头与爱情、石头与科普、石头与保健的密切关系，成为珠海休闲旅游新亮点。

现在在我们大家眼前的就是石博园的正门了，这个门有个相当响的名号——“天下第一门”，它是由四块巨大的黄蜡石组成的，可是相当壮观的。门的上联是“石公石母石来运转风光好”，下联是“博古博今博识多才事业兴”，而门的横匾就是那三个俊秀的大字“石博园”。
现在我们所看到的就是该园的镇园石——中国版图，此石势如雄鸡破晓，形似中国“龙”图，为奇石一绝，寓意为中华之崛起。
它是一块由中国四大园林名石之一的广东英石天然而成的巨幅中国版图(版图石)“崛起的中华”，该“版图石”是在自然界中自然形成的，长610厘米、厚80厘米、高340厘米，重达34吨，大家可以在这里摄影留念。
曾有石商开价万，强烈要求购买该石。但老板说卖了这块石等于就是卖掉了石博园。有专家、学者及领导说，该石可和韶关丹霞山的阳元石、海南毛公山的毛公石相媲美。为
什么有这么一说呢?“版图”上刚好有大、小34个孔，代表了中国34个省、直辖市、自治区和特别行政区，其价值就不言而喻了。

看过中国版图，现在我们来到的是本园有名的“天下第一盆景”。 面前的“天下第一盆景”，是由我国园林名石——广东英石、江苏太湖石以1：1000倍比例按广东岭南派著名画家林风俗教授的水墨山水名画——“天下第一盆景”为蓝本放样砌成。共耗用400多块大型英石精品，配以植物、飞瀑、烟雾，精心制作的山水胜景，重达6800余吨，最高峰为天巧峰，高18米。整个山体以直径为50米的巨型圆盆环抱，气势雄伟。后面一座山峰是天灵峰，左边那座山峰是天慧峰。你们有没有见过这么大的盆景呢!
围绕着“天下第一盆景”的是“省石巡礼”，“省石巡礼”展示了全国34个省市、自治区、行政区最有特色的代表性石种，全国的石头都汇集在我们这里，如台湾的澎湖石、云南的澜沧江石。各省的朋友可以在你们各省的石头边照相留念。
