一旦你回答了这个问题之后,就没有必要继续加以详尽解释。你继续谈论这个话题越久,你就越有可能说到没必要提到的事情。是的,同事喜欢暗箭伤人,公司首席执行官(CEO)在情绪控制方面存在问题、公司常在财报上“有创造性”(指作假)的做法,这些都是你离职的很好理由,但这些问题不宜在面试时说出来。
